TNT Post Midlands required a development programme for their telesales team who are responsible for setting appointments for the field sales team and selling smaller postal contracts on the phone. Over a two year period, Estadia helped them to establish their systems and controls, develop their key skills, create daily motivation to succeed and a deliver a cohesive, dedicated team. Our role here has been to develop Raleigh’s field sales team, their behaviours, skills and profitability within the cycle market. We helped the team to more fully understand their customers’ needs and motivations, to create longer lasting relationships through encouraging them to develop their customers’ selling skills and to manage their selling activity on a day to day basis to ensure they achieved target.

 

BMTR

BMTR is another of Estadia's long standing clients. Intially brought in to develop the skills of their field sales team, we are now working with the telesales department who need to increase the profitability and turnover from their existing customer base. Following the field sales training, their effectiveness has increased dramatically, along with the confidence and motivation of the whole team.
